2015 Chardonnay, Willamette Valley

2015 Chardonnay, Willamette Valley

91+ Points, Wine Advocate, 8/31/17

Precision and texture.  Lemon meringue pie, golden apples, and brûlée'd pears are accented by Hawaiian lei flowers, field daisies, lemon grass, and cloves. On the palate this wine has laser precision juxtaposed with a kiss of fresh cream and supple texture. The finish lingers and brings you back wanting more.

Delicious with:  pasta with cream sauce, salmon, shellfish, poultry
