2015 Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley

2015 Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley

Silver Medal, 2017 San Francisco International Wine Competition

Depth of fruit.  Pomegranate, raspberry, cranberry, blueberry, boysenberry, and black cherry are accented by verbena blooms, fern moss, maple bark, red licorice, persimmons, and cloves. On the palate this wine is stylish and velvety with perfect acidity and a squeeze of fine tannin that dances gracefully amid the fruit. The finish lingers and seduces.

Delicious with:  comté, poultry, grilled wild salmon, and pork chops with a citrus glaze
